Shipping:
- Please allow up to three business days for us to process and ship your order.
- Orders are not posted on Saturdays or Sundays.
- All orders are shipped via NZ Post.
New Zealand Shipping:
- Shipping costs range from $5-$7.50. Rural delivery costs an additional $4.30
- All orders according to the NZ Post website, will be delivered 2-4 business days after shipped (excluding holidays, such as Christmas, where delivery delays occur)
- To track your order, go onto the New Zealand Post tracking page and enter the tracking number we have sent to you. Alternately you can track your parcel on our website or directly from your shipping email received from us.
- Pick-up is available from Papakura, Auckland. If you would like to save on shipping costs and pick up directly from us, please use the pick-up option at check out.
Australian Shipping:
- All orders shipped to Australia have a flat rate of $17.50, this includes tracking.
- All orders according to the NZ Post website, will be delivered 4-10 business days after shipped (excluding holidays, such as Christmas, where delivery delays occur)
