The following conditions apply:
- If you are unhappy with the item/s received and the item/s are undamaged, they are applicable for an exchange or return. Shipping back to Luni and Sprig will be paid at your expense.
- Please note that no returns or exchanges of earrings will be accepted due to hygiene reasons.
- If the item/s arrived to you damaged, please send us proof of the damage and we will process a refund for you for the damaged item/s.
- No refunds/returns/exchanges will be given on sale items.
- No refunds/returns/exchanges will be given on items you damage personally.
